HOW WE HANDLE YOUR INFORMATION.

WHO WE ARE.

This website is operated by SMV — Singer Media Vision, a film and content production company working in the United Arab Emirates. For any question about this notice, or to ask what we hold about you and request its deletion, email mustafasinger@smv.ae.

WHAT WE COLLECT, AND WHY.

We collect only what you type into the brief form: your name, work email, phone number if you provide one, entity or organisation, role or department, and the project details you choose to share — project type, objective, audience, location, dates, deliverables, language requirements, procurement route and any reference number. We use these details for one purpose: to assess your enquiry and respond to it. We do not sell them and do not use them for marketing.

The basis for this is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

HOW THE FORM IS DELIVERED.

The form is submitted over HTTPS to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-relay service, which forwards the content to SMV by email. That means your submission passes through FormSubmit and through the email systems involved, and it is not end-to-end encrypted. Do not send classified, restricted or personally sensitive material through this form — contact us and we will agree a suitable exchange method.

COOKIES AND ANALYTICS.

SMV sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Your display-theme choice and whether you have seen the intro animation are stored locally in your own browser and are never transmitted to us.

VIDEO PLAYBACK.

Portfolio films, silent previews and their cover images are served from this website. The SMV player requests the full film when you select it; a silent preview may load when you hover over a film or when a preview card is visible on a touch device. Playing these files sends the technical request data needed for delivery to our hosting provider. The video player does not use third-party embeds or advertising scripts.

HOSTING.

The site is served as static files by a web hosting provider, which processes the technical request data needed to deliver the page.

YOUR CHOICES.

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing mustafasinger@smv.ae. We will confirm the outcome by return email.

Retention periods, the registered legal entity name and the formal complaint route are being confirmed with SMV and will be published here once verified. We have chosen not to state them rather than publish anything unverified.
